You’ll never when and where you or your loved ones would meet accidents. That’s why they are called “accidents” — they come when you least expect them, worse, when you’re not ready physically,
emotionally and yes, financially, to handle the costs. Since my wife and kids each drive cars to go to work and to go to school, and they spend a lot of time on the road, I know we’re quite exposed to road accidents. Because my family is dear to me, I got car insurance so that in case something happens, I have more to spend on medical care rather than on car damages.
