I’ve always wanted to enroll myself in a gym so that I could lose some weight and keep fit. I’d plan on going to the gym several times but I always end up staying at home and surrendering to my laziness. I figured that if the gym was just a few steps from home, my mindset would be different. I tried bringing the gym home by getting myself a treadmill. After that, I always looked forward to getting up in the morning and heading to my very own gym inside my living room.
