Sleep is a great way to be healthy. It is so important to us that if someone does not have sufficient sleep, that person will suffer from low performance. That is why sleeping pills are very important. They help people who have difficulty sleeping (i.e. jetlagged) to rest and recuperate properly. Without sleep, a person is very prone to multiple types of sickness. And in worst cases, lack of sleep can cause death.
